1/📣 UPDATE ON DOGAMÍ’S FUTURE Here’s what’s happening with Komodor Studios (our French parent company), DOGAMÍ Sàrl, and what it means for the community, token holders & players. 👇
2/ Komodor Studios (France) is under court protection until Nov 2025. ⚠ If a buyer isn’t found, the court could order liquidation as early as September.
3/ DOGAMÍ Sàrl is legally separate but depends on its parent for key operations: - Platform + game infrastructure - Community management A shutdown would impact these services.
4/ There are 2 possible outcomes: ✅ Buyer found → DOGAMÍ continues ❌ No buyer → Court orders liquidation; assets (IP, games, brand) sold via auction
5/ Regardless of outcome: - Your $DOGA tokens & NFTs stay in your wallet - DOGAMÍ doesn’t hold user assets But: if infra is shut down, games, rewards, and marketplace may break
6/ DOGAMÍ Bloom — a PvP game inspired by Splatoon — is back in dev as a prototype. ⚠ There is no guarantee of release unless a new owner chooses to support it.
7/ đŸ›Łïž Timeline - French courts are mostly closed in August - Clarity expected late Sept - Liquidation may occur shortly after if no deal is reached
8/🛑 Aug 4, 2025 (2pm Paris time): - All staking & P2E rewards paused - Marketplace & DOGAMÍ Academy stay online. A new owner (if found) will decide future rewards
9/đŸȘ™ Polygon staking deposits - Auto-withdrawn to wallets after August 4, 2025 via airdrop - Fixed-term rewards will be sent pro-rata
10/đŸȘ™ Tezos staking deposits - Reward rate set to 0% - Flexible staking: users can claim manually - Fixed-term rewards sent pro-rata after the lock ends (Tezos does not support forced withdrawals)
11/ If no buyer emerges: - Court may liquidate as early as September - DOGAMÍ assets sold at auction - A DAO or other group could submit a bid at that stage
12/ Why all this takes time: French courts are largely closed in August, meaning: - Sales talks may stall - Proceedings pile up - Updates expected late Sept, but delays are possible
13/ â„č TL;DR - DOGAMÍ continues under court protection - On-chain assets are safe - Talks with buyer ongoing - DOGAMÍ Bloom prototype in progress - Some services may pause or break after Sept
