Why have ETH and a few altcoins been rising recently? I've said it before – they are playing the "left foot stepping on the right foot" game like MSFT. They set up a company to issue CBs and mindlessly buy coins, using Wall Street's money by selling Vol.
However, they are fundamentally different from BTC: BTC has the ETF spot arbitrage buying; and BTC holders truly have "faith."
