A strategy that leads to profits right from the start can be very satisfying; having profits allows you to hold your position, while being stuck in a loss makes you hesitate about whether to exit.
So how can you start off with profits? Let me share some personal experiences, using $SAHARA as an example.
First, look at a larger timeframe; here we take the 4-hour chart as a reference. It’s clear to see a significant downtrend, characterized by rapid declines, steep drops, slow rebounds, and weak recoveries. The second time a downward movement forms is a key moment to pay attention to, as it may lead to a continuation of the larger trend, which means more space and a better risk-reward ratio.
Next, refer to the 15-minute level for entry; the highs are becoming lower, and the performance shows a sharp decline, a steep drop, and weak rebounds.
