Celo @Celo has officially released its new testnet, Eclair, marking a key step in its transformation to Ethereum Layer 2. The testnet is the first public network to integrate OP Succinct Lite with EigenDA v2.

- Integrate OP Succinct Lite: A lightweight fault proof system based on zero knowledge to improve transaction finality and dispute resolution efficiency
