nearly 5,000 5-digit ENS have been minted since yesterday evening
it'll probably be a steady trickle until about 80,000 are registered, and then quickly accelerate once people are confident they'll be fully registered
one other slight inhibitor is that we are two years out from the great 4 digit ENS expiration, where landgrabbers forgot to renew their wallets full of 4-digits that they originally minted out. Last year was the echo boom, with well over 1,000 hitting the premium expiry market. This year, we just had an echo boom, with another 1,000+ hitting the market.
These 4-digits enter new hands in about 2.5 weeks... during a much more healthy market environment.
